I’m watching the Ecuador v. Germany game which is what Univision is showing. The other game is essentially irrelevant as Germany and Ecuador are the teams going through to the next round. I’m not blogging much of either, however, as my back is not permitting a whole lot of movement.
Klose gets one goal early, another toward the end of the first half. 2-0 Germany at half time. 1-1 Costa Rica v. Poland.
Beautiful counter attack by Germany in the 57th minute. Perfectly executed. 3-0 Germany.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Ecuador rested about half their regular starters for this match.
