Statistical analysis of the Seattle-area COVID-19 cases show with a high degree of probability that there are around 600 cases there right now. This puts the Seattle area about where Wuhan, China was on January 1. Everything there exploded about 3 weeks later.
In the meantime, CDC is still not letting doctors test patients unless the patient has had a known infected contact, traveled to China, or their symptoms (fever, etc.) result in hospitalization. This is absolutely inadequate for virus containment.
So this is going to get a lot worse.
