I went swimming today for the first time. At first I wasn’t sure what to make of everything, and the pool seemed pretty cold even though they claimed it was 83 degrees. I guess 83 isn’t that much.
After I got used to the water temperature it was easier to enjoy myself. It didn’t hurt to have Mom and Dad in the water with me, though. They said we’d come again tomorrow, and I’m eager to try some new things.
